Wool Classer Award Rates
Each year, AWEX receives numerous enquiries from wool classers in relation to the Woolclassing Award. As a technical standards organisation AWEX is not involved in industrial relations and does not provide advice in this area.
There are a number of possible options available to wool classers. Members of State Farming Organisations, Shearing Contractors Association(s), or the Australian Workers Union (AWU) can obtain this information from their respective organisations.

When searching a Modern Award, please search for the Pastoral Award. Please note that references to Woolclassing appear in multiple sections of this Award and that care must be taken when looking at this site.
