Woolclasser Award Rates

The Australian Wool Exchange's primary role with woolclassers is;

• registration
• training,
• setting of technical wool preparation standards (Code of Practice), and
• monitoring of clip preparation standards.

Each year, AWEX receives numerous enquiries from woolclassers in relation to the current Woolclassing Award rates. Members of State Farming Organisations, Shearing Contractors Association(s) or the AWU can obtain this information from their respective organisations.
